Our Projects

Our Projects: Building a Circular Future

At Light House, we envision a future where buildings and communities actively contribute to environmental restoration and human well-being. Through innovative projects and circular strategies, we transform the way materials are used, reduce waste, and create spaces that support both people and the planet.

Our Vision in Action

We are on a mission to be leaders in driving the transition to a circular built environment. By collaborating with industry, governments, and communities, we create solutions that reduce carbon emissions, minimize waste, and restore natural ecosystems. Our work is rooted in three key principles:

Eliminate Waste
by designing it out through upstream solutions.

Optimize Resources
by extending the life of buildings and materials.

Regenerate Natural Systems
by emphasizing renewable energy and resources.

A pilot program that captures and repurposes plastic waste from construction sites and transforms it into innovative building products.

Circular Construction Accelerator (CCA)

A program that supports the innovation and growth of materials, technologies, and practices in the construction sector that follow circular economy principles.
