BC Housing’s Maxxine Wright development provides a four-storey residential care facility with a separate program building, which accommodates daycare and various medical and social services. Light House worked closely with the architect and subsequently the contractor to provide project management, documentation and energy modeling services for the development, which attained LEED Gold Certification.
