This two-storey institutional building owned by the District of West Kelowna, is made of cast concrete foundations and steel framing. Designed by Omicron, it is air-tight and well-insulated, with durable exterior finishes and engineering systems. The building is leased by the West Kelowna RCMP. Post occupancy, Light House provided post-occupancy LEED audit responses, using their sustainable expertise to help this site achieve LEED NC 1.0 Silver certification.
