Alana Bennett, MGM

Alana is driven to help mission-led founders build the relationships and access the capital they need to grow. As Stakeholder Relations Lead at Bluprint, Light House’s national accelerator for sustainable construction, she works directly with founders across Bluprint’s four pathways, helping them navigate funding, build industry connections, and scale their solutions. Alana brings more than 15 years of experience in tech spanning marketing, operations, partnerships and program design, and previously built QueerTech’s QT Founders Program & Accelerator from the ground up. She holds a Master of Global Management from Royal Roads University and serves as Entrepreneur in Residence at Spring Activator.
