And-Co is a four-storey private office located at 1575 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada. It consists of 4 floors of fit out office space and amenity areas, including a wellness gym and a lounge area for collaboration. WELL design features are integrated into the interior, including an active transportation stairway, available healthy foods, operable windows, refuge spaces, natural materials, and plants. Light House is managing the project’s certification under the International WELL Building Institute’s WELL v2 Owner-occupied Interiors standard.
