Project Description
And-Co is a four-storey private office located at 1575 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada. It consists of four floors of fit out office space and amenity areas, including a wellness gym and a lounge area for collaboration. WELL design features are integrated into the interior, including an active transportation stairway, available healthy foods, operable windows, refuge spaces, natural materials, and plants. Light House managed the project’s Platinum certification under the International WELL Building Institute’s WELL v2 Owner-occupied Interiors standard. It is the first WELL Platinum certified building in British Columbia.
