The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority New Corporate Office project consists of an interior fit out of the 25th floor in the LEED EB&OM Gold certified Oceanic Plaza building located at 1066 W. Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC. The base building, Oxford Properties’ Oceanic Plaza, is a 403,000 sq/ft office building. Built in 1977 and renovated in 2005, the building has 26 floors providing office space to 1100 building occupants. Light House is working with the project team to manage the office’s LEED certification.
