Driver House is a 25 unit multi-unit residential building located in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. The building has two residential wings (one for elders and the other for families) shaped in a “V” to recall an eagle in flight. The wings are hinged on a central gathering space where residents may converge to cook meals, enjoy a winter fire, and take in views of the natural landscape outside. Half the site area is preserved from any future development. Light House provided project management services to successfully attain LEED Gold certification.
