Project Description
This is a 10-storey commercial multi-use building, part 3 of four towers being constructed in the Surrey Health and Technology District by Lark Group.
Light House oversaw certification management for the project. The building accomplished a 15% reduction in embodied carbon and a 77% decrease in irrigation demand by using rainwater capture.
This is third building in Surrey’s Health and Technology District to achieve LEED Gold status, following in the footsteps of City Centre 1 and City Centre 2.
We are working with Lark on City Centre 4, which has just started construction.
